Checks for updates and downloads from the new website.

Adds more ways to sort build results, including defense, extra skill levels, individual resistances, and lowest resistance.
Adds localized material descriptions and keeps long quest lists after other acquisition sources.
Speeds up large build searches, especially searches that require a Rampage skill, and makes stopping respond immediately.
Improves menus and editor dialogs with clearer icons, better text focus, and less intrusive success feedback.
Fixes update checks and saving, replacing, renaming, and deleting saved searches.
Improves effective attack calculations with move-specific elemental scaling and consistent decimal values.
